Søren's garden - Clematis vs. Iron Wall Søren    Søren , Sep 11, 2010 1:42 PM. Permalink. log in or join to reply.

This is a night flowering plant originating from the Peruvian Andes mountain chain - although this picture was taken on my vacation in Ukraine.

Flowers on the same plant may have different colours and single flowers may also show different colours.

The picture above shows the beautiful variagated petals, however for a "Four o'clock" flower its not very punctual - it was pitch black by the time the first flowers began to open.
